Depth Trauma Therapy & Soul Integration with
Josefine Neo

Wholeness Is the Return
Trauma fragments.
It shapes how you relate to yourself.
How you attach.
How you protect.
How you survive.
Healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about restoring connection — to your body, your history, your inner authority, and your Soul.
There comes a point on the path where insight is no longer enough.
You have read. Reflected. Awakened.
And yet something in you still contracts.
Still protects.
Still repeats.
This is where trauma lives.
Not as weakness.
But as unfinished survival
I offer depth-oriented trauma therapy and spiritual counseling for those ready to gently meet what has been carried alone.
This is grounded, relational work.
And it is sacred in its devotion to truth.

"Trauma can present itself as flight, fight, freeze or fawn when you begin to receive all that you have ever wished for"
Healing as Integration
Trauma fragments the system — psyche, soma, and Soul.
Parts of you learned to fight.
To disappear.
To please.
To detach.
These adaptations were intelligent. They kept you alive.
But protection is not the same as wholeness.
Our work is to gently meet the parts of you that formed in moments of overwhelm — and bring them back into conscious relationship.
Not to eliminate the shadow.
But to integrate it.
Sacred, Grounded Work
This is both therapeutic and initiatory.
We work with the nervous system.
With attachment wounds.
With dissociation and identity fragmentation.
With complex trauma and its relational imprint.
And we honour that your healing is not only psychological — it is spiritual.
The unconscious does not only hold pain.
It holds lost vitality.
Instinct.
Creativity.
Soul force.
When fragmentation begins to integrate, life reorganizes.
Relationships shift.
Compulsion softens.
Inner authority strengthens.

" Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate "
- C. Jung
A Devotional Path
This work requires honesty.
And readiness.
It is not about bypassing pain through transcendence.
Nor about pathologizing your experience.
It is about becoming intimate with what has been exiled — so that you may live from a more unified Self.
We move at the pace of your nervous system.
With steadiness.
With reverence.
Who This Is For
For those who:
-
Have already done inner work but feel something unresolved
-
Sense trauma beneath spiritual awakening
-
Struggle with relational repetition despite insight
-
Experience dissociation, shame, or survival patterns that feel older than this lifetime of understanding
-
Long for depth, not quick solutions
An Invitation
If you feel the call toward integration —
not transcendence, but embodiment —
you are welcome to reach out.
